In Hawaii, Doctors to Make House Calls to Uninsured for $45

The Hawaii Medical Service Association is moving ahead with an online doctor service that's the first of its kind. Under the program anyone in the state (insured or not) can talk to a doctor by logging in or dialing the service 24 hours a day. Diagnosis via Webcam will be available, too.
